The HiSilicon Kirin 710A is a variant of the Kirin 710 SoC, designed for mid-range smartphones and tablets. Announced in 2020, it is notable for being manufactured using a 14-nanometer process technology by SMIC, making it the first HiSilicon chip produced outside of TSMC.
The Kirin 710A features the same octa-core CPU configuration as the Kirin 710, with four ARM Cortex-A73 cores clocked at up to 2.0 GHz and four ARM Cortex-A53 cores running at up to 1.7 GHz. This configuration delivers solid performance for daily tasks and multimedia while ensuring power efficiency.
The ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU is also present in the Kirin 710A, providing reliable graphics performance for gaming and multimedia applications. The SoC supports modern graphics APIs and offers a smooth visual experience.
